Hotel Santa Croce - Florence

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a cozy bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped with printing. Their attention to detail is really good. I can't wait to come back for another city trip.

It was as expected, had a wonderful stay during our visit. All good - we loved this great family run hotel - the food was local and the staff were very helpful and caring. Everything was perfect, including a generous breakfast choice. That venue was in an excellent location, in the old town centre.

Had a really great stay here during our trip. The breakfast was generous and great and provided with the offered coffee, juices plus rolls. The staff was brilliantly friendly and excellent and delivered good service. Location: the hotel was right by the top tourist attractions. Popped in Il Vivandiere for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue👌👌

The staff spoke excellent english and were extremely helpful and the location was excellent. The price was great too i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in florence on a budget.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from all major attractions! The brothers running the place are super helpful with tips and the breakfast-fresh croissants and tasty cappuccino-was a highlight! Just wish the wifi was a bit better 😊

The people at the Hotel Santa Croce were kind and considerate. The room was a good value for the money. It was located in the heart of the Historic district in Florence and was close to everything. The airconditiong worked well and the room was clean.

The breakfast could of been better, but considering the cost of the room, it was adequate.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the old part of Florence, you can walk to the Uffizzi or Ponte Vecchio. Also, secure parking is available at a large nearby underground garage.

Fantastic location, just minutes from major attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. Our room was clean and cozy with nice amenities. Breakfast included a variety of pastries and juices. Highly recommend for a great stay 😊

The best I liked form this Hotel is that they are very professional and I felt at home especially with the breakfast ,by the way the cappucino was one of the best I ever had!.For my next time in Firenze I would like to stay at Hotel Santa Croce.

Lots of yelling tourists passing under windows till deep midnight. Mosquitos in the room. Noisy conditioner. Very frugal breakfast.

fantastic access to florence's top attractions and vibrant eateries

I had a wonderful three-night stay where the breakfast was simple yet delicious, and I really appreciated how close it was to so many landmarks like Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, making my city strolls so enjoyable.

room smelled, staff was "creepy", beds/pillows were uncomfortable. Toilet was squished right next to shower. Hard for tall people to move within the bathroom.

Clean, calm, with very friendly staff

Potential customers should know that there is no elevator. Therefore, old or frail people, families with children and/or heavy luggage should ask esplicitly for a room on the first/second floor.
